Many people come to therapy unsure of where to begin, and that’s
completely okay. Our first conversation is simply a place to talk and begin understanding what
you’re going through.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a background in psychology and social
work. After earning my bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Psychology, I worked extensively
with families and children/adolescents of all ages, gaining valuable experience supporting
individuals through complex emotional and relational challenges. I later completed my Master’s
in Social Work, where I continued developing the clinical skills and knowledge needed to
support individuals and families through meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach focuses on understanding the connection between thoughts,
emotions, behaviors, and life experiences. I draw from evidence based approaches including
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational
Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients build emotional
awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward lasting growth.
I work with individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional
dysregulation, ADHD, and substance use concerns. I also work with couples who feel stuck in
repeating conflict patterns and want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect
emotionally.
In addition to my clinical work, I have been actively involved in ministry and have led support
groups focused on personal growth and resilience. For clients who desire it, I am comfortable
integrating faith and spiritual reflection into the therapeutic process.
My goal is to provide a space where people feel safe to speak openly, reflect honestly, and
develop the tools needed to move forward with greater clarity, strength, and hope.
